Product Process

TreeCocoid Product process 1 — First, once the farmers already done the harvest, the sap water will be boiled on a couldron.

TreeCocoid Product process 2 — We cook the sap water on a wood-fired stove to keep the traditional archaic.

TreeCocoid Product process 3 — Let the boiled sap water well cooked.

TreeCocoid Product process 4 — The clear sap water condensed into dark brown paste while it's cook.

TreeCocoid Product process 5 — A long handed dipper is used to flip the sap water again and again until it turns into a hot paste.

TreeCocoid Product process 6 — Stiring the paste to avoid agglutination.

TreeCocoid Product process — Once the paste become concentrated, it should be rest for a while, but do not let it cold and become solid.

TreeCocoid Product process 8 — In this part, the worker pours the paste into the cups to produce the moulded block sugar. Otherwise, they continue the process in the oven-stove to crystalize the paste and produce the powder sugar.

TreeCocoid Product process 9 — The powder sugar is hygienically processed by well-trained workers.

TreeCocoid Product process 10 — We only produce pureand premium coconut sugar. On some other places, this coarse sugar also called as "Gula Semut", Palm Sugar, or Brown Sugar.

TreeCocoid Product process 11 — A solid paper bag is a good choice to wrap the sugar.

TreeCocoid Product process 12 — We can make sure to produce 30 tons coconut sugar in a month.

Coconut Sugar Products

Organic Coconut Sugar (Granule)

Coconut sugar was processed in traditional way. Then, the sugar paste were dried by oven-stove on a large pan. Our professional workers will sift the paste into the coarse granule once it's cooling down.

This sugar also contain much of glucose, crude protein, mineral, vitamin C, riboflavin, thiamine, phosphor, and calcium which are good for our health.

Brown granule sugar can be used to enhance the flavour and combined to tea, coffee, ginger, or another spice of warm beverages. You can also pour this sugar on a cake, afogatto, or avocado juice to freshness your day.

This coconut sugar was processed in a traditional way. Then, this sugar were moulded in hygienically method by the professional worker.

This sugar also good for health, because it has a very low glycemic index (GI 35) than cane sugar (GI 68) and honey (GI 55). Therefore, it is better for diabetics.

Block sugar can be used to enhance flavour and colour of the traditional cuisines. In another industries, they used block sugar for soy sauce, bakery, baby meals, and beverages.
